No. While placing the order, you just need to provide either an email id or the phone number.
Shipping time depends on the availability of the product. "In stock" product ships the same day if ordered before 2PM. "Made to order" product ships in 5 business days. Whether the product is "In Stock" or "Made to Order" can be found in the product page.
Once the product ships, it is delivered within 1 to 3 days depending on the location of the delivery. The expected date of delivery should be mentioned in the product page.
Once the you complete the order, you will receive an "order status" link via email or text message. You can get the tracking information in that page.

All diamonds used in our jewllery are real and certified by European Gemological Laboratory (EGL). You will receive the certificate from EGL which will mention the type of diamonds used in the product.
